A unique and original restaurant concept of ordering and paying for your food is a huge attraction at the Inamo Restaurant in London’s Soho.
Menus are projected onto a space age touch pad above your table, meaning that you your choice which goes straight through to the kitchen so there’s no waiting for your waiter to come take your order. Funky interiors with bold colours and futuristic furniture set the scene for this superbly unique restaurant.
The excellent Pan Asian cuisine is overseen by Head Chef Alex Ziverts, who has created an innovative ion of dishes. Start with something like the truffled marbled beef and Vietnamese chicken spring rolls or wild boar rolls and lobster salad followed by Chilean sea bass with mushrooms and creamy truffled soy or Thai red curry with butternut squash. At the end of your meal you simply request your bill from the touchpad and pay-simple! Head downstairs to the super stylish bar where the cocktails go down a treat.
Inamo never fails to impress, both for the food and the interesting and novel way of ordering, which seems to work perfectly.
