Open from morning to night, guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as a refined evening meal and lighter bites. The a la carte menu focuses on British cuisine using the finest ingredients to produce dishes such as warm terrine of seasonal game with a baby onion and chive tatin and celeriac purée or lobster thermidor with dressed lambs lettuce and baby beetroot chard for starters followed by mains like seared sea bass served with boulangere potatoes, braised fennel and tomato and brown shrimp sauce or rack of lamb from Warwickshire in a black olive crust served with Anna potatoes, Provencal vegetables and rosemary sauce. As one would expect, service is first class.
