Inspired by the gastronomy of the chefs' native South-West France, enjoy dishes such as La Route du Sel, Le Potager, Les Foies Gras, L'Oceane and Les Paturages, as well as a monthly 5-course menu available for lunch and dinner.The foie gras here is the best in town, as you would hope in an award-winning dining room with Gascon roots: try it with popcorn for an amusing twist or black truffle for divine luxury. The wines at Cellar Gascon reflect the influences of the food, so this all-French list is made up from Bordeaux, the south & south-west. Chef Pascal Aussignac's talent with seasonal produce, and his ability to bring ingredients together, show in every dish.
