The restaurant occupies an old Georgian house in the heart of Notting Hill, and with its eclectic decor of a French country chateau, combined with some serious Guadiesque architecture throughout, the scene is set for a truly unique & magical experience. And that's exactly what Beach Blanket Babylon delivers.
Beach Blanket Babylon – or BBB as it affectionatley known by its regulars – has been a Notting Hill institution for over 10 years, but still manages to attract a faithful crowd of Londoners, celebrities & locals every night of the week.
The restaurant at Beach Blanket Babylon, comprises various rooms, all connected by walkways, tunnels, bridges & staircases, with names like The Chapel, The Crypt & The Gallery, aptly describing each space, and the food hits a similar high note with a stunning Modern European offering. The Ballroom can seat up to 60 people or can accommodate up to 100 guests for a standing reception. This is a restaurant designed to impress and we’re sure that you won’t be disappointed if it’s a stylish night in trendy Notting Hill that you’re after.
Whenever we’ve visited Beach Blanket Babylon it has always been busy, verging on rammed, so booking your table in advance is highly advised…no wonder really as this is one of London’s hidden secrets. There is also a magnificent Ballroom which can be hired privately for exclusive events or private dining.
