The interior of Canina del Ponte Restaurant is down-to-earth and friendly with terracotta tiling and a colourful mural of an Italian market – just what you’d expect from a restaurant in the middle of Italy.
The food at Cantina del Ponte is not lacking behind either, with simple and robust Italian dishes, such as panzanella (the traditional Italian bread salad), tagliolini alle vongole (fresh pasta with clams, white wine, olive oil, chilli & garlic) or vitello cantina (grilled veal with porcini mushrooms & truffle oil). Cantina del Ponte Restaurant also specialize in wood-fired oven pizzas and of course it would be a shame not to try one of the lovely dolci, such as panna cotta or tiramisu, to name but a couple of Italian classics.
