Roux at The Landau restaurant in the award winning London hotel The Langham brings together two culinary giants for the first time in 19 years. Father and son Albert and Michel Roux have embarked on an exciting new collaboration with Roux at The Landau, bringing their world famous culinary excellence to the beautiful Landau restaurant alongside protégé Chris King, formerly of Le Gavroche. Everything about this restaurant is special, from its stunning setting within the luxurious Langham Hotel to the exquisite David Collins designed dining room.
The menu is an absolute delight, featuring a collection of classically deconstructed French dishes that are sure to satisfy even the most demanding of palettes. Start with a seared Landes foie gras with champagne rhubarb and spiced parsnip or a citrus cured organic salmon with crème fraiche, beetroot and Aquitaine caviar followed by Dover sole (grilled or meuniére) with ratte potatoes and wilted spinach or red wine glazed feather blade of beef with black radish, kale and horseradish crust. Round off with an exquisite dessert such as the blood orange and pistachio soufflé with honey and clove ice cream.
