The menu uses the best produce from the Basque country and you’ll be spoilt for choice. Tempting starters include Charcoal-roasted pâté de campagne from Ibai, Traditional pan-fried “txistorra” (Basque sausage) from Orio and White tuna belly with anchovy fillets from Getaria.
The Basque Grill will tempt you further still. Red tuna from the almadraba of Barbate with “zurrukutuna”, Duck breast from Iparralde with cider apples and Matured beef tenderloin with “crystal” peppers are just some of the highlights.
