The Jones Family Project is an independent restaurant in Shoreditch run by a group of friends which has developed a reputation for excellent food and lavish cocktails.
You’ll be treated to a fine range of steaks from grass-fed Longhorn cattle cooked in the Josper charcoal oven. The steaks are dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days by North Yorkshire farmer & butcher, The Ginger Pig.
