Part of the aqua London concept (the first UK venture from Hong Kong group Aqua) consisting of aqua kyoto, hot Spanish restaurant aqua nueva and award winning bar aqua spirit, this stunning Japanese eatery will impress in every way.
Expect cutting edge interiors, designed by Glamorous Co of Osaka and aqua group founder David Yeo, with a striking sunken sushi bar taking centre stage and beautiful ink paintings by the legendary 18th century artist Ito Jakuchu featured on the walls, layered dramatically with fine Japanese mesh and encased in glass. For those who prefer to dine al fresco, the roof terrace overlooking Regent Street is fabulous. The head chef has created a first class menu featuring unique styles of sushi and sashimi as well as a ion of innovative dishes from the spectacular sumibiyaki charcoal grill.
