Located on the top floor of the former Dickens & Jones department store in Regent Street in the heart of London’s West End. Focusing upon refined, contemporary Spanish cuisine, the aqua nueva kitchen is over seen by Head Chef Alberto Hernandez, who trained under Spanish culinary legend Ferran Adria at superstar restaurant El Bulli. Hernandez has created a sublime al la carte menu featuring standout starters such as seared foie gras with roasted plum and beetroot salad and poached egg with porcini cream and black truffle whilst impressive mains include 24 hour marinated and braised oxtails with pumpkin puree and roasted wild turbot with anchovies and piquillo pepper vinaigrette.
