The menu is a collaboration by chefs Colin McSherry and Richard Turner and features the best of ethically-sourced fish and rare breeds. The seafood options are indeed very tempting – turbot in a butter sauce or tempura monkfish with XO tartare are mouthwatering and deserve attention. There’s an inspired choice of chops and steaks, including Barnsley hogget, Berkshire pork and Hereford beef fillet accompanied by some superb sauces.
