Theo Randall offers his own eponymous restaurant within the exclusive Park Lane environs of the London InterContinental Hotel.
An unfussy menu makes the most of the rustic Italian cooking that Randall champions, with startes like fresh Devon crab with mixed leaves, fennel, aioli and bruschetta or seared Aberdeen Angus beef fillet with marinated violet artichokes, rocket and parmesan followed by fish stew of Dorset blue lobster, langoustine, monkfish, sea bass, vongole with fennel, tomato, saffron potatoes and parsley or Randall’s signature dish of char-grilled Limousin veal chop with roseval potatoes, roasted artichokes & salsa verde.
Theo Randall at The Intercontinental has a lot that really impresses: the service from the friendly, happy staff is first-rate while no expense has been spared either on the dining room’s elegant interior or the sourcing of quality ingredients. This is a first rate Italian restaurant and thoroughly deserves it’s praise. Highly recommended. Décor is sleek but the ambience is relaxed and invitingly unpretentious.
